This Privacy Policy explains how DGN STORE ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores and protects information when we provide Amazon advertising management services to our clients, and when you use our website at dgnstore.com or authorise our application to access advertising data on your behalf.
1. Who we are
DGN STORE is an independent Amazon Ads specialist agency. We manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns for sellers on the Amazon UK and US marketplaces. We are not affiliated with Amazon.com, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries.

2. Information we collect
Information you give us directly
- Name, business name, email address and phone number submitted through our contact form or by email
- Information about your business and advertising goals that you share with us during onboarding
Amazon advertising data
When a client authorises our application through Login with Amazon, we access advertising data belonging to that client's Amazon Ads account through the Amazon Ads API. This may include:
- Campaign, ad group, keyword, product target and placement configuration
- Performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, spend, orders, sales and ACOS
- Search term reports and related advertising reporting data
- Advertiser profile and account identifiers, and billing or invoice information
We do not receive or process the personal data of the shoppers who see or click on advertisements. Amazon does not expose that information to us.
Website information
Our website is a static site. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics profiling. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) for security and reliability.
3. How we use information
- To provide, manage and optimise advertising campaigns for our clients
- To produce performance reports and recommendations for the client whose data it is
- To communicate with you about your enquiry, account or services
- To meet our legal, tax and contractual obligations
We use Amazon advertising data solely to deliver services to the client that authorised the access. We do not use one client's data to benefit another client, and we do not aggregate client data into benchmarks, indices or products of any kind.
4. Sharing of information
We do not sell, rent, license or trade personal information or Amazon advertising data, and we do not share it with any third party for their own purposes.
Information is disclosed only in these limited circumstances:
- To the client to whom the data belongs
- To Amazon, as required to operate the services or to comply with the Amazon Ads API Data Protection Policy and the Amazon Ads Partner Network terms
- Where we are required to do so by law, court order or a valid regulatory request
5. Security
We apply the following controls to all information in our care:
- Access to Amazon advertising data is restricted to the company owner only
- Work devices are encrypted, password protected and locked when unattended
- All connections to Amazon systems use HTTPS/TLS encryption
- Strong, unique passwords are used for every account, with multi-factor authentication enabled where available
- API credentials are never shared, never hard-coded into applications and never stored in public repositories
- Security updates and anti-malware protection are kept current on all work devices
We maintain a written information security incident response plan. If a security incident affects Amazon information, we contain it, assess it, and report it to Amazon and to the affected client within 24 hours of confirming the incident.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep advertising data only for as long as it is needed to provide our services and to meet our legal obligations. When a client relationship ends, or on written request from the client, we revoke our access to their Amazon Ads account and delete the advertising data we hold for them, other than any records we are legally required to keep.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Residents of the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area have these rights under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR; residents of California have comparable rights under the CCPA.

8. International transfers
DGN STORE is registered in the United States and operates internationally. Information may therefore be processed outside your country of residence. Where that happens, we apply the same protections described in this policy.
9. Children
Our services are provided to businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 16.
10. Changes to this policy
We review this policy at least once a year and whenever our practices change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
